This course is an introduction to the Energy Field. Together we will become acquainted with our spiritual anatomy, the energy field, aura, chakras and glandular system.

Grounding With Mother Earth

The single most important tool required in owning our energy field, is learning how to ground with Mother Earth. Once we understand we are electric, we understand the need for a grounded circuitry.

This course will be a review of the original 'Owning Your Energetic Field' class, with special attention on developing a deeper, more secure, and more intimate connection to our loving Mother Earth.

We will work with the energies of the Root Chakra and our core level sense of security. We will look at clearing anything that might be in the way of a deeper connection to the Earth, and the peace and presence of the moment.

Accessing Creative Energy

The area of the Sacral Chakra holds the Power of the Universe. We have been programmed to fear this energy, and it has been hidden under distortions of shame.
 

It is important to reclaim our access to this Creation Energy if we are ever going to be able to activate the imaginal abilities of the higher Chakras.

Together we will explore permission for this potent Creation Energy. We will clear any programming, contracts, or energetic cords which might be interfering with our ability to fully access our Own Creation Energy.

Personal Power

We have been programmed to fear our own power. In order to survive, we have had to dampen it down and become disconnected. In this course, we will explore the intricate dynamics of the 3rd Chakra of Personal Power. In order to own and hold our psychic space, we have to understand and heal the effects of power dynamics.
 

Clearing and healing the umbilical area chakra can bring balance and confidence to our life. The Third chakra is key to being able to enact our will and co-create our dreams. By becoming aware of this potent power center, we can grow our personal energy and claim autonomy in our Energetic Field.

In order to protect ourselves, our Energetic Field must be balanced, whole and contained. We claim our sovereignty by fully owning the energy of the lower power Chakras. It's only when we are harmonized and contained in our lower Chakras, that we can access the co-creative abilities of the higher Chakras, the key to activation of our Light Body potential.

Journey Into the Heart

The heart is the key to activating our Light Body, and often the last Chakra to come on line. We will look to harmonize and clear energies of the heart chakra, including stuck emotions and the energetic residue from outmoded contracts with other people. Our heart is where we learn to give and receive, where our hands and arms come out of our body. Working with the Heart Chakra is about healing the Heart and opening to Love.
 

We must balance and heal our relationship to our masculine and feminine, if we are to gain entry to the sacred chamber of the Heart. We will look at healing and clearings that can help us connect and forgive these divergent parts of ourselves, bringing us back to Unity within, where we become the Bridal Chamber. Finding Your Voice

The Throat Chakra is the gateway to the Higher Chakras. It is an area of our body which connects our head to the rest of our body. The Throat Chakra is about expression, and whether or not we have permission in our field to express our True Self.
 

Join us in a journey in to the mysteries of the Throat Chakra where we examine past life dynamics around being silenced in our expression. The Throat Chakra shows us any blocks to or fears which keep us from feeling safe to Find our Voice.

We will examine and clear any fear programming or authority contracts which might be keeping us from fully living our Truth.

Owning Your Energetic Field Session 7

Third Eye

Our greatest Power is our Intuitive Knowing. Throughout time, forces have sought to interfere with our access to the power of our Higher Chakras. We are remembering who we really are and it is time to Awaken to our Intuitive Faculties.
 

In this class, we will examine anything that might be in the way to opening our Third Eye. and coming back into our Higher Power. We will invite permission for Intuitive Awakening by working with integration with the Lower Chakras, and Throat Chakra. There will be opportunities for contractual clearing, for whatever might be blocking the full Activation of the Pineal Chakra.

We will invite an awareness and healing for the glandular system, which is what connects our physical and energetic body. When we gain full access to our Third Eye Chakra, we can rise above into a greater Awareness and Peace. This is an important step in containing our energy and 'Owning our Energetic Field'.

This course is about finding permission and awareness to Activate the Third Eye and come fully into our Intuitive Potential.

The Crown

Throughout time, enlightened beings have been depicted with a halo around their head. This is an image of an activated Crown Chakra. The Crown is about permission to shine our light. It's associated with joy and creation, hope and peace. The Crown Chakra is connected intricately with all the other Chakras, and will not turn on until the lower chakras are neutral and tended to.
 

The Crown Chakra is activated when we feel supported and secure in expressing our potential. Many SuperNova Souls unconsciously turn down their Crown Chakra, in order to blend in and stay safe. This Course is about clearing anything that might be in the way of you confidently expressing the truth of who you are, as a spiritual being.

The Crown Chakra is a crucial component of an activated and contained energetic field. The Crown Chakra helps us feel connected to Source. The Crown 'puts it all together', and invites activation of the One True Chakra, the LightBody. Together we will invite healings and clearings that can support us in opening up to the wonders of the Cosmos, and our true spiritual nature. With an in-depth Chakra review, we will reach up to a new level of consciousness. An activated Crown Chakra harmonizes and strengthens our Energetic Field.

Sovereign Autonomy

Together lets journey deep into the recesses of our subconscious to find the memories hidden within us that can help us come into our full human potential. SuperNovas, we have already experienced spiritual evolution and have exercised advanced capacities in previous Earth evolutions. This course is about triggering open access to a treasure trove of techniques and understandings which are available to us in the Akashic records. We open up to this intuitive wisdom within us, in order to better understand the human spiritual anatomy and what it means to fully activate.
 

The Light Body, or Merkaba Field, is said to be an activated state of our energy field. We can turn on like a light bulb! In this state we have access to advance abilities like levitation, transmutation, and co-creation.
